Seth Goodrich, who has spent the past 5 seasons as the director and skills instructor for the North Shore Vipers has been named as the Director of the Jr. Warrior Girls program. Seth hails from Salisbury, Vermont, and played high school hockey for both Salisbury for two seasons and then Trinity-Pawling his junior and senior year. After a postgraduate season with the Green Mountain Glades in the EJHL, Seth attended St. Anselm College where he played four years of varsity hockey and was named captain both his junior and senior years. After graduation, he worked at the Breakaway Ice Center as coach and skills director for the North Shore Vipers programs. In 2011 Seth accepted the role of Boys Varsity Head Coach and Math teacher at the Hoosac School. Seth later returned to Breakaway Ice Center as program director of the North Shore Vipers.
During his tenure as program director the Vipers emerged as a perennial Tier I contender at the state and national level. Seth directed and coached teams to a Mass State Championship and most recently, a USA Hockey National Championship. Seth is also the founder of Goodrich Hockey School and has trained and developed over 40 NCAA Division I and III players and commits, including 6 Hockey East and ECAC commits this season.

A resident of North Andover, Jason returns to the Warriors for the sixth straight season. In addition to coaching the U10 girls, he is also the 2006 Squirt Minor Select Team head coach. Jason grew up playing for Beverly High School and went on to play for Saint Michael’s College where he received the Ice Knight Award in 1996. Throughout college and for several years after graduating, Carlson worked as a coach for Dynamic Skating.

Liz Keady Norton will enter her first season an assistant coach for the U12 team. Norton completed her first season as an assistant coach at Boston University during the 2017-18 campaign. Keady joined the Terriers after spending the previous two seasons as an assistant coach at Harvard. Prior to her stint with the Crimson, Keady coached one year as an assistant at Union College. Before entering the Division I coaching ranks, she served two seasons as head coach for the girl's varsity hockey team at Andover High School. Keady, who graduated from Princeton in 2008 with a degree in psychology, also has worked with the North Shore Vipers Select program, coaching with the U19 and U16 teams as well as conducting skills sessions for age groups U10 through U19. Since June 2008, Keady has served as General Manager and Director of Hockey Training at the Institute of Performance & Fitness in North Reading. A native of Braintree, Massachusetts, Keady scored 79 points on 38 goals and 41 assists in 118 career games as a forward at Princeton. She was named the Tigers' team MVP and Most Improved Player following the 2004-05 season, scoring a career-high 15 goals. That same season, she earned All-ECAC Hockey Honorable Mention and All-Ivy Second Team accolades as well. Keady has also spent time with the U.S. National Team, as she appeared in 16 games during the team's 2005 Pre-Olympic Tour.
