Congratulations to the U10 and U12 Valley Jr Warrior Girls on winning the Elite 9 championship!

The Valley Jr. Warriors U12 girls are currently ranked #10 in the nation. They rolled into the playoffs with a perfect 17-0 record in the regular season. Their impressive undefeated regular season earned them the #1 seed. With a bye in the opening round, the Jr. Warriors then faced off against the Boston Americans where they shut them out 10-0. Earning them a spot in the finals against the Boston Advantage. The Jr. Warriors had a dominate victory in the championship game winning 6-0. The U12’s goaltending was impressive with two shutouts and their squad outscored their opponents 16-0. Their playoff run capped off an undefeated Elite 9 hockey season. They now turn their attention to the State Tournament this weekend, where they currently are the #4 ranked team in Massachusetts according to My Hockey Rankings.  

The Valley Jr. Warriors U10 Girls also earned themselves the #1 seed heading into the E9 girl's playoffs with a 7-0 regular season. The U10 enjoyed a bye in the quarter-finals and were set to face the Boston Advantage in the semi-finals. The Jr. Warriors skated their way to an easy 10-0 win over the Advantage. In the finals, they would go head-to-head with a Boston Americans team that had just one loss on the season. The Americans were riding high after an epic overtime win in the semi-finals. The Americans carried over their momentum from the big win and took an early 1-0 lead just seconds into the game. The Jr. Warriors responded with a goal halfway through the first to tie it back up. The back-and-forth battle ended in a 4-1 win for the Jr. Warriors. The championship win completed their undefeated Elite 9 season. The Jr. Warriors will also begin their State Tournament run on Friday.
